Hello,
today I was doing some research about simple triangular tent, much like
those used in napoleonic wars
triangular tents with round sides are pretty much common in 15 century, but
i found only a few iluminations of straight side ones, and even those are
speculative
http://home.adelphi.edu/sbloch/sca/tents/pictures/de.machinis.html italian,
the best one i found
http://visualiseur.bnf.fr/ConsulterElementNum?O=IFN-07891795&E=JPEG&Deb=21&Fin=21&Param=Cfrench,
i don't know the source and im not sure it is what i think it is
http://home.adelphi.edu/sbloch/sca/tents/pictures/frombob/tentpic4.htmlitalian,
here they look more like straw huts than tents..

is it just a italian thing?
any ideas?

Thank you in advance,

Juro Dudak
