Italian weapon laws regarding swords

From: Peter Keel
Date: Tue, 1 Dec 2009 11:21:13 +0100

Morning

I'm wondering whether I can carry I sword (or sabre) in italy,
to costume, but I can't actually manage the law-texts. I only
have a good enough grasp of italian to be able to find the applicable
laws, but I can't understand them: http://www.earmi.it/diritto/default.htm
(respectively http://www.penale.it/ -- but there I can't find
anything useful).

Cheers
Seegras
