He started his pilgrim journey in Ulm via Venice to Jerusalem to the Saint=
 Catherine's Monastery, Mount Sinai .... Egypt - Alexandria ....
I think you will find there something about the Alpes and the mount Sinai.=

The book is rel. cheap and it is very enjoyable!
