Try pasting the german text into the above link and translating. It will do much of it and be reasonably readable.
What is even weirder is taking english text and translating into another language and then back into english again.

*maybe* it is easyer for you to search the german words at this online
dictionary, that is originally from the technical highschool of Munich,
than in your
small German-English dictionary.
