Re: Hobnailed footwear

Speaking of evidence:

Does anyone know of any period images of rushlights being used?
I know there are holders galore in drawers and display cases of museums,
but has anyone ever seen an image of one in use?

I'm also VERY interested in images of DRAWERS pre-1460 north of the Alps.

Best,

J
