They should have ask for the permission to use a picture of you. We are=20=

not speaking of you among a crowd, it is a portrait they have on their=20=

web page.

I believe you have every right to ask them to take away your picture. =20=

It depends of the laws in Switzerland. In some countries they would=20
need your written agreement to use the portrait of someone (France and=20=

the US for sure, I know it is somewhat different in Germany). Even if=20
it is in crowd! There are 2 things to be considered the rights of the=20
photographer and the rights of the model. In this case, you and=20
Seegras.

Since it is for commercial purposes, it is not a very elegant thing to=20=

do.
