Hi Mathieu

The "puffs" in civilian clothing and in jacks do appear bigger because of
the fact that the material stands up thanks to the way the join is made.
I am referring to the actual "padding" that is inside. A voluminous soft
pad can be used or a thin hard dense pad. You only start getting problems
when you have a voluminous hard dense pad - very restrictive, and makes
your armour (pauldron) balance on your shoulder in an odd way.
