Bertus,

Thanks so much for the lead.  I am checking into ILL
through my local library, as I have no previous
experience with ILL either, but the librarian assured
me that they can get a copy on loan (there is just a
fee that I will have to pay).  I'll keep you posted as
to my progress.  Once again, thank you!
