my name is Giovanni Tricomi
I'm (probably you argued it) Italian and was a member of the yahoo newsgroup of the companie, for months I've only read the messages with interest...
then the list expired.
Now I've found the mailing list and asking again to join, by the way some thing have changed till my last subscription request...so I will talk again about myself:

29 years hold, near to graduate in communication science at the university of Bologna.
Generally interested in (living) history and almost by chance,become a living history supplier, and self taught artisan (you can see my site at www.theironring.com).
I know that my quality standard are not the best, but my development process never ends and I think that just hearing from the list (and making one question or two) would be GREAT for me and should result in something useful for the companie itself...who knows what can be done by a well motivated, 29 yo guy?
So please accept me inside!
