Events 2012
To start the year off, we present you the Company events of 2012. We are kicking off the season with a small private event in France followed by a visit to a Swiss castle in July. We will wrap up the year in September with our first ever trip to the Czech Republic.
Malešov, Lenzburg and Vallerois le Blois
Vallerois le Blois, 17 - 24 June 2012
In 2012, we will host a small private event in Vallerois-le-Bois in French- Comté. The event is meant as a preparation workshop aimed at the big 25th anniversary of the Company of St. George the following year.
Lenzburg, 19 - 22 July 2012
In 2009, we went to Lenzburg and now we have been invited again. This year we will set up our camp in this beautiful place from July 19 to July 22. This will be a mixed artisan / artillery event with a Bernese theme. Concurrently, the castle will host an exposition on Women and Law in ancient times.
Malešov, 29/30 August - 2 September 2012
The Company of St. George will attend an event in Malešov near Kutná Hora in the Czech Republic for the first time. Ondrej Slacalek has invited the Company to celebrate the end of the restoration of his castle, Malešov. The Company will attend the event and meet with members of various Czech groups, who helped Ondrej with the reconstruction of his castle.
