What would be a good way to deal with revisions to the current and future website texts? I'm thinking about everything from a simple spelling error to changes to instructions (such as the costume guide). In the latter case, I realize that policy decisions may be required. In addition, when any change has been made, the translators would have to be alerted. I don't know how the current texts have evolved. In any case, I think it would be good to have some sort of procedure to deal with such things.

Perhaps a forum/thread dedicated to revisions of website text, where
translators can check for changes in the English original? In terms of
efficiency (and time), would it be a good or bad thing to invite opinions in
such a thread? Or would simple "please change"-messages in a thread or
e-mail alert to the translators be sufficient?
